David Dorward has finished his concession speech. He says he's disappointed but feels his campaign sent a message to city hall. He does not think Envision Edmonton's support hurt him even though late in the campaign, it was revealed one of his volunteers who was also an Envision volunteer made up a blog attacking the mayor..
