I have always voted PC...always. I absolutely refuse to this election. After considering the party leaders, the candidates in my riding, and looking at their platforms, I will be voting NDP...proudly. Rachel Notley is what we need.
i'll be voting for notley but liked mr swann's comments , both had at least somewhat intelligent things to say, Jean only talked about not raising taxes for anyone (including corporations) and i dont trust a word out of prentice's mouth. jean was the clear looser out of this, i'm not a single issue voter, but its obvious he's a single issue leader.
I’m stunned that in this leader’s debate not one word was been mentioned about the tens of thousands of Albertans who face condominium challenges. As a long term condo owner, now a self-appointed condo owner advocate, (www.albertacondominiums.ca) I know condo ownership can be complex, conflict oriented and costly. Condo owners have built the Alberta condo industry and its prosperity. They pay most, if not all, condo complex bills. They contribute to the salaries of condo managers and the revenues of their companies. And yet, as I see it, they appear to be the last on the food chain. It’s shocking there was not one word said by any leader about establishing resources such the Condo Dispute Tribunal, (a commitment made last year by the PC Government), and a resource desperately needed to help condo owners address conflict that negatively affects their property values, quality of life, physical/emotional wellness and their financial prosperity.
just as the PCs have slid closer to center...... in this province of any in Canada the NDP's will also slide closer to center.... and I like that....... it makes them a viable option..... and a good one at that
